Payment Options
To ensure smooth processing, please make sure that payments are made only from a bank account that exactly matches the ownership of your Silver Bullion account.
- For Personal Account Silver Bullion Account, payments must be made from your personal bank account only.
- For Joint Silver Bullion Account, payments must be made from a joint bank account held by the joint account holders, or from a personal bank account of any one of the account holders.
- For Company/Trust Silver Bullion Account, payments must be made from a bank account held in the same company or trust name.
Payments from/with 3rd party accounts, including those held by/with family members, friends, or companies, cannot be accepted, even if you are the owner or director of the company. These payments will be refunded, and a HKD 300 processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative handling.
BANK TRANSFERS - HONG KONG DOLLAR
International Wires (also called SWIFT) require payments of transfer charges at both the sending and receiving side. Please ensure that all bank charges (select "OUR" from your internet banking interface) are borne by yourself when remitting funds via SWIFT, in order for us to receive the payment in full.
