Schedule of Charges
This Schedule of Charges forms part of the Silver Bullion (Hong Kong) Limited Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Unless otherwise stated, all monetary amounts are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
S.T.A.R. Grams
Buy and Sell Premiums
When buying or selling S.T.A.R. Grams, a buy or sell premium is applied for each transaction.

The buy premium is added to the spot price at the time of purchase, while the sell premium is deducted from the spot price at the time of Sellback.
Storage Fees
Storage fees for S.T.A.R. Grams cover the storage and administration of the physical precious metals backing your S.T.A.R. Grams Holdings.

*Storage fees are calculated daily based on your metal Holdings. The fees accrue over time and are deducted from your Holdings in grams either monthly or at the time of Sellback, subject to an annual minimum storage amount of 0.1 grams for gold and platinum and 10 grams for silver.

S.T.A.R. Grams transfers between Accounts are generally not permitted and may be processed only in limited circumstances allowed under our policies and procedures. Where a transfer is permitted, it is treated as exceptional administrative work outside the normal scope of trading and bailment storage and may require administrative, compliance and legal review.
Processing an approved transfer may require us to assess the circumstances of the transfer, review supporting documents, verify authorisation and ensure compliance with our internal policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Additional documentation may be required and, where appropriate, external professionals such as lawyers or tax advisers may need to be consulted.
To cover the baseline administrative, legal and compliance work involved, a minimum charge of HKD 3,000 applies. If additional work is required beyond the baseline work covered by the minimum charge, any additional charge will be quoted separately on a time-and-materials basis based on the scope of work. External professional adviser or other third-party costs, if required, are additional.
S.T.A.R. Storage
S.T.A.R. Storage is not currently offered by Silver Bullion (Hong Kong) Limited. Applicable storage, withdrawal, transfer-in, audit and other service fees will be published before the service becomes available.

Other Charges
The following charges apply where relevant under the Terms of Service.

Late Payment Penalty: The Late Payment Penalty applies to overdue amounts on orders and negative balances. This fee is subject to a minimum of 10 HKD (or its equivalent) and is charged at the payment due date, then every 30 days thereafter until settled.
Market Loss Charge. A Market Loss Charge may apply where a binding Order or Sellback is cancelled, unwound, closed out, replaced, covered or reversed in circumstances described in the Terms of Service. The charge is calculated under Section 11.5 of the Terms of Service and may apply even where no separate Cancellation Fee is charged.
Exceptional or Manually Intensive Work. This applies where we are asked or required to perform exceptional, bespoke, investigative, recovery, estate, remedial or manually intensive work outside the normal scope of the Services. The applicable charge will be quoted separately on a time-and-materials basis based on the scope of work.
Estate / Deceased Account Administration. This may include reviewing authority and estate documents, liaising with executors, administrators, guardians or other representatives, and carrying out additional verification, compliance or administrative work required before Holdings or proceeds can be dealt with.
Additional fees for processing payments in cryptocurrency and credit cards.

These fees apply to each transaction, with the credit card fee varying by transaction currency (HKD or USD).
